Basket
components containing chocolate will be substituted
from May through September unless additional cold-pack
shipping/handling at $6 is requested.
Some
destinations may require Expedited Shipping to maintain
product quality.
UPS
Ground: takes from 2-5 days to arrive, depending on
location. Approximately 5 working days to the west
coast, 4 to the south and east coasts. Must be a street
address.
Special
Shipping : Nationwide Second Day or Next Day Service.
Must be a street address.
Priority
Mail : PO Box mailings and street addresses nationwide.
must be used for Hawaii & Alaska.
Express
orders are classified as any order other than UPS
Ground, such as Second or Next Day air.
Arrival date is guaranteed only when you select 2nd,
or next day service via UPS.
There is no arrival date guarantee on UPS ground transportation
or United States Post Office service.
The day of ship is not considered a travel day.
Express orders placed on the internet must arrive
in our office before 10am Eastern time to ship the
same business day.
Non-Express orders placed after 8am EST will be shipped
the following business day in which they are placed.
Orders are shipped out Monday through Friday.
Orders placed after 8am EST on Thursdays and all day
Friday, Saturday and Sunday will not ship until the
following Monday.
If it is urgent that the order ships the same day,
please call our office during business hours (8am-5pm
EST Monday-Friday) at 1-800-84-CAKES so we can confirm
if it is possible to ship the same day so you can
be assured of the gift arriving when you wish.
Due to UPS not counting Saturday and Sunday as travel
days we will not be sending shipments where they would
have to sit over the weekend.
If your order will not be delivered by Friday it will
be held until the following Monday for shipment.

Please
confirm, if you can, that the recipient will be available
to receive their package. Consider sending it to their
business address.
Purchasers
are responsible for providing accurate addresses.
Undeliverable and returned packages (including incorrect
addresses, refused deliveries, and receivers being
unavailable for three attempted deliveries) will be
billed and are non-refundable.
Due
to food restrictions in customs, we do not ship outside
the United States. However, we do accept international
orders in cases where the cake or gift is shipped
to an address within the United States.
Penn Street Bakery products are Certified Kosher by
Organized Kashruth Labs.
Note:
Selections of cakes, tins, mugs, and beverages are
subject to availability. We reserve the right to make
substitutions for out-of-stock items of like kind
& quality.
